1. SHIPPING AREAS
We currently ship to:
- Spain (Peninsula & Islands): Standard and express options available.
- European Union: Standard shipping.
- International: Not available
2. PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Because we sell secondhand gear, every item undergoes a final inspection before being packed to ensure it matches the description.
3. SHIPPING COSTS & ESTIMATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions. Estimated delivery times:
- Spain (Peninsula): 2–5 Business Days
- Spain (Islands): 4–7 Business Days
- European Union: 5–10 Business Days
4. SPECIAL PACKAGING
Diving equipment is sensitive. Fragile items (gauges, computers, regulators) are bubble-wrapped and secured in reinforced boxes. In line with our mission, we use recycled or biodegradable packaging materials wherever possible.
5. SHIPPING DAMAGES & CLAIMS
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the box is severely damaged, please note this on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment. Report any damage to us within 48 hours with photos attached.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU LAW)
Under EU and Spanish law, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be in the exact condition they were received.
